At 640 square foot, this large Lodge offers a home from home experience, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a bath, a large outdoor area, parking for 2 vehicles, and sleeps up to 7 guests, this is a fantastic located Lodge, both on the resort and in the area.

Nestled within the breathtaking Devon Cliffs holiday park, our lodge offers an easy escape. Perfectly suited for families, couples, and groups of friends, it harmoniously blends sophisticated luxury with the ease and practicality you desire for an unforgettable retreat.

Your exclusive terrace, accessible through the patio doors, provides stunning and uninterrupted views of the expansive sea, creating a serene and picturesque retreat.

The Lodge features a spacious master bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom that includes a bathtub, and it comfortably accommodates up to seven guests in total. The second bedroom is equipped with a triple bunk bed, making it a perfect and practical sleeping arrangement for children and or grandparents.

The living area is equipped with a convenient pull-out sofa that can be converted into an extra double bed, providing a comfortable sleeping arrangement for additional guests. A highchair is provided for mealtime convenience, and a travel cot is available to ensure comfortable sleeping arrangements for young children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you may require, featuring an Aga oven for cooking, a full-sized refrigerator and freezer for ample storage, and a microwave for convenient meal preparation. In addition, it includes the provision of a washing machine.

With the purchase of a pass/es from the holiday park, HAVEN offers a variety of amenities, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools that are equipped with exciting water slides for added entertainment. The additional amenities include a variety of restaurants, convenient takeout options, a well-equipped playground, a retail store, an engaging arcade, and numerous other recreational activities to enjoy. Moreover, guests staying at the holiday park can enjoy complimentary access to the beach through a direct entry point provided exclusively for their convenience.

Buses are available to transport passengers to various destinations, including Exmouth and its nearby areas, with a conveniently located bus stop situated within the premises of the holiday park.

(Access to the swimming pool and venue requires pass/es, which can be purchased directly at the holiday park reception and are open throughout the traditional season of a holiday park.)

The price encompasses all utilities, including gas, electricity, and water.
